If you and your partner are experiencing problems with egg quality or production and find conventional IVF is not an option, all is not lost. Egg donation can be a viable solution. In this variant of IVF, a donor provides the eggs, which are fertilised in the lab using your partner’s sperm (or donor sperm). The eggs may be someone else’s, but the embryo is all yours.

We offer two egg donation packages: Basic and Comfort. The Basic Package contains the essentials, while the Comfort Package includes everything found in the Basic plus additional benefits and guarantees you’ll be hard-pressed to find anywhere else.

Quality embryo
The quality of your embryo has a direct impact upon implantation and pregnancy. We guarantee at least one healthy embryo for transfer, or else we will provide a new attempt free of charge.
Complete donor selection process
We carefully pick our donors according to physical and mental health and match you with one who bears your desired traits. The Basic Package includes donor screening, medications, and remuneration, so there are no extra donor-related costs.
ICSI
The gold standard in fertilisation methods. Safe and proven effective, ICSI allows us to avoid any compromises when it comes to this very important step in the egg donation process.
Discounted 3rd cycle
We value you as a Gynem client and view egg donation as a collaborative effort. In keeping with this spirit, if a third cycle becomes necessary, we give you a 30% markdown.
Free consultation
Consultation, in person or online, is included. This way, we can design an individualised plan for you and answer any questions you may have before beginning treatment.
Pre-treatment tests
Many clinics charge separately for each pre-treatment test, significantly raising overall costs. With the Basic Package, all compulsory pre-treatment tests, including STD testing for your partner, are included.
Check ups and ultrasounds
Keeping track of your progress is vital to making sure your treatment plan is on course. The Basic Package covers all needed ultrasound scans and check ups, at every stage of treatment.
Semen analysis
Egg quality comprises only one half of successful fertilisation. The other half is sperm quality. We perform both semen collection and semen analysis to determine count, motility, and overall health.

We guarantee two healthy, blastocyst-stage embryos for transfer. Research has shown this stage of development offers maximum implantation potential and a higher probability of pregnancy.
Your donor
At an average harvest of 10 eggs, we guarantee eggs retrieved from your donor will go to you.

In accordance with Czech law, assisted fertility treatment can only be administered if the woman is below 49 years of age and has a male partner (marriage is not required).

Optimised Lab Package (OLP)
Our experienced lab team is one of our greatest assets. The OLP gives you expanded access to this valuable resource, enhancing your egg donation package with additional services, including sperm selection, laser assisted hatching, EmbryoScope®, and possible others — all with significant money-saving potential.
The Egg Donation Programme Guarantee
If you select our Comfort Package (CP), we guarantee at least two blastocyst stage embryos for transfer. With the Basic (BP), we guarantee at least one good quality embryo. If either minimum is not met, we provide a new cycle for free. Moreover, if biochemical pregnancy is not achieved within two fresh cycles, you receive a shared cycle either for free (CP) or 30% off (BP), with a guarantee of one good quality embryo.
HIGH SUCCESS RATE
With over two and a half thousand cycles under our belt, we have recorded pregnancy rates as high as 63% through egg donation and 52% through IVF. Plus, roughly 70% of our clients have embryos left over for freezing.

The egg donor is central to the egg donation process. It is therefore vital to make sure yours is completely healthy. All Gynem donors have passed through a meticulous screening process and are of sound body and mind.
