IVF, as it is commonly known, is a form of assisted reproductive technology (ART) in which fertilisation takes place outside the female body, in the laboratory. Here, egg and sperm, taken from the treated couple, are brought together to form an embryo, which is subsequently transferred to the female’s uterus with the ultimate aim of pregnancy. If you have viable eggs and are responsive to ovarian stimulation, but are still having trouble conceiving naturally, IVF may be your answer.

Fresh blastocysts
We supply 1—2 blastocyst-stage embryos for transfer. Research has shown fresh embryos at this stage of development offer maximum implantation potential and a higher probability of pregnancy.
Surplus embryos
Around 70% of attempts at Gynem result in unused embryos for freezing, which means you can make your next attempt—if you need one—at a much lower price.
Discounted 3rd cycle
We value you as a Gynem client and view IVF as a collaborative effort. In keeping with this spirit, if a third cycle becomes necessary, we give you a 20% markdown.

Consultation, in person or online, is included. This way, we can design an individualised plan for you and answer any questions you may have before beginning treatment.
Semen analysis
Egg quality comprises only one half of successful fertilisation. The other half is sperm quality. We perform both semen collection and semen analysis to determine count, motility, and overall health.
All check ups and scans
Keeping track of your progress is vital to making sure your treatment plan is on course. The IVF Package covers all needed ultrasound scans and check ups, at every stage of treatment.

Requirements
In accordance with Czech law, assisted fertility treatment can only be administered if the woman is below 49 years of age and has a male partner (marriage is not required).
THE IVF PROCESS
Optimised Lab Package (OLP)
Our experienced lab team is one of our greatest assets. The OLP gives you expanded access to this valuable resource, enhancing your IVF package with additional services, including sperm selection, laser assisted hatching, EmbryoScope®, and possible others — all with significant money-saving potential.
IVF Refund
If egg retrieval stage is not reached, although the €1,000 deposit cannot be refunded, balance of payment will no longer be due. If egg retrieval stage is reached, but no eggs are collected, a partial refund of €500 from the total price will be issued. If, at completion of embryo culture, there is no suitable embryo for transfer, a partial refund of €200 from total price will be issued. All medication purchases are non-refundable.
HIGH SUCCESS RATE
With over two and a half thousand cycles under our belt, we have recorded pregnancy rates as high as 63% through egg donation and 52% through IVF. Plus, roughly 70% of our clients have embryos left over for freezing.
